Very clean well equiped appartments

Electricity kept cutting out for the first two days which meant the aircon couldnt work properly. Owner very helpful though.

Nice, silent area, peaceful place. Staff was helpful. Well-designed apartment. Beautiful beach and town. I definitely would like to go back. I have a bad back, so bed is very important to me. Bed was very good, not soft, supporting my back pretty well, just the level I like.

They asked the full amount money in the first 10 minutes. Stair is very noisy when others come.I suggest a carpet. Beach is a 20 min of walk or 5 min of car then 5 min of walk. No wifi at all, no internet access. It were great to have wifi. Wifi would be a small investment delivers impressive results. Swimming pool closes at 6.

This apartment was very spacious! It was very modern and clean. The large balcony off of the living room was great too.

Very hard to find.A Gps does not find it because it is on such a new road. Some of the locals didn't even know the new road. This apartment was too far from the beach. It advertised that is was 500m to a private beach but this was not the case. They also collected payment on the first day of our stay in cash only. No internet access ):

Saunas, whirlpool, steam bath etc and in summer large balconies and BBQ terrace area

well equipped with Sat TV etc but in these cold months the family would have liked to watch a movie or something. There were very few English or local stations avaailable mostly news channels. A DVD Player would have been a great assett as there is a Video shop close by.

Everything was excellent! This is the best apartment, we have ever been: attractive and comfortable with nice location (close to the beach and quiet). This new, clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment with good facilities and wellness area is ideal for families with children and group of friends. We will stay there again, when we go back to Rovinj!

There was nothing we did not like. Wifi would be a great extra. Electricity did keep cutting down when we used more than 3 electronic devices at the same time, in addition, when we left the apartment and the key-card was not placed in the holder, the Refrigerator did not work. This would be a small investments which could deliver impressive results.

We have stayed 3 nights in Apartment Ana Wellness and enjoyed our stay as it is very large and confort. The beautiful Cuvi beach with crystal water is within a walk;

The location is a bit far from city center, but if you have a car then it is not a problem

The information about the place was misleading and not fully desriptive. There were no services provided by the staff; i.e the owner didn't come to check if we need something, the bathrooms were not provided with soap or enough towels or tissue papers. The floor was not clean or sweeped at all before our arrival. The facilities of the place; i.e. indoor pool and sauna were available to us only from 8am-6pm, which was not reasonable time, if those are the hours you'd like to spend outside on the beach. For the 5star facility I would expect those services. We requested mosquitos plug-ins with no respond. The nearest beach was located 20 minutes walk. The electricity was cosntatly turning off. The TV available in the big room had 15" screen; my labtop had larger screen. The apartment had only 1 access key for 6 people. We were told that the break-ins are often. The place doesn't deserve 5star status at all

Spacious and well laid out apartment with a large balcony. Good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Good to have those extra bits in the kitchen such as dishwasher (including tablets) and tea towels. Easy parking. Wellness centre good for relaxing. We were lucky that not many other people used it while we were there.

A few small things would have improved the apartment a lot. The coffee machine jug was broken and although we mentioned it, it was not dealt with. A drinking water tap and some cups in the wellness centre would be nice. At present there is nothing to drink down there. It was difficult to keep the bedrooms cool. The aircon unit is in the living room and, despite keeping bedroom doors open, the bedrooms remained hot. The insect screen for one bedroom was broken, so leaving the window open at night was not an option.

These apartments are very clean and spacious. Great for a group of friends.

Management seemed somewhat disorganized. Did not handle things in a professional way. It was a challenge to get more towels and other items when they were needed.

Well equipped, good surround, comfortable interior, simple traffic by car, by bike or on foot, basic services are close to the apartment. Clean apartment and the wellness area. Beaches: Rubin beach is close by car and an acceptance distance on foot. This beach is great for families, kids, offer different services (food, shower,swimming pool), coast is also comfortable for small children.Territory is perfect for walking, cycling, jogging Beach Cuvi can be reached by bike or by car, similar services as Rubin, perfect surround for sport activities. Friendly landlord.

cloth drying solutions would be great and advantageous

Peacefull location. The apartment was well equipped, clean and big enough for 5-6 people.

Very high standard with 3 bathrooms is very appreciated when travelling with 4 women:-). Can recommend this for families!

Too low water pressure in the showers, and lack of enough heat water to use the tub in the evnings! A bit to long walking distance to the beach.
